Working on 22 Street and Broadway. 22nd is closed with NO signage. Was almost struck in rear due to vehicle attempting right turn on unsigned closed road.A truck blocking turn lane does not meet ATSA closure standards. Must be too cheap to pay Area Wide Protection to keep motoring public safe.
Traffic fatalities waiting to happen. Unlawful lane and road closure on the daily. People expect to be able to turn right on a obstructed view road only to be met with a front end loader heading towards them with no signs, flagger, barricades or even traffic cones. Employees crossing oncoming traffic without even looking. Do better.
