I have never experienced such poor service in my entire adulthood! Jeff would not repair my fireplaces because I used AAA Heating & Air Conditioning to replace my furnace. Apparently, ole Jeff used to party with the previous owner of my house. He went so far as to tell my daughter that we shouldn’t have redecorated our home! What business is it of his? I would like to add that Jeff said there was most likely something wrong with our gas line, but Aqua Quip repaired my fireplace in 15 minutes. No gas line issue! A poor excuse... read more
American Energy Systems put the A/C in my home out in Covington, and in my rental houses in Black Diamond and Kent. They were very professional, did great work, were clean and on time (rare for a contractor . . . ) Ive used them 3 times now for big jobs, and they have done maintenance and repair work a couple of times when our equipment broke. Each time they were timely and responded in a reasonable manner. I would highly recommend American Energy Systems for your heating and A/C needs.
I hired American Energy Systems to work on my Auburn Office. They replaced 2 out of 3 furnaces and A/C units and did it for a reasonable price.
Jeff replaced our worn out heat pump and now it works great. He was honest, friendly and very knowledgable - he told us how to properly maintain the system.
