Back in February they refused to transport my mother from rehab facility to nursing home without providing credit card. Charged my credit card $720 and then billed her insurance and received payment from them, also. I tried to get my money back with no luck, and then contacted the OMBUDSMAN who tried and they didn't get anywhere either. Will be contacting police to file fraud charges.
