I decided to spend some of my income tax refund and get a new garage door instead of doing the repair. Ed answered all my questions and gave me a great price. He even fixed my spring on my existing door so it would open until I could get my new garage door installed and he didn't even charge me for the repair in the meantime. Excellent Prices and Fantastic Service!! Fast, friendly and prompt service. Ed, the owner, did not try to upsell and let me choose the garage door opener I wanted based on the information he presented. The price was also $25.00 lower than the other estimates. Before installing the opener, he checked the door balance and tightened the springs and lubed all the hinges and rollers. I would highly recommend American Empire Garage Door for your next garage door repair.
