If I could also give this place a zero I would! I took 2 jackets in on November 2019 to have them made for Christmas. She broke her promise saying they would be done in time. I kept going back month after month after month after month checking on the jackets and still not being done. I understand things happen in life and this year with COVID it also puts things back but it took almost 10 months to get 2 jackets!
