We called Andy up for elevator service and he showed up the next day! He fit us into his already busy schedule. He did an excellent job ,was straightforward on pricing,courteous.
I had the misfortune of dealing with American Elevator Services, and it was a complete nightmare. Andrew, the supposed owner, made appointments that he couldn't bother to keep. His lack of professionalism and disregard for his customers' time is appalling. Not only did Andrew fail to stick to his word, but the overall service provided by American Elevator Services was abysmal. I would strongly advise anyone in need of elevator services to steer clear of this company. The last thing you need is to be let down and left hanging... read more
