Our house was built in the 1970s, so things are starting to wear out. But we couldn't figure out why some lights on one breaker went out when the breaker wasn't flipped... Andrew came out, listened to my description of the issue, poked a testing tool into one plug, and knew immediately what was wrong. He installed a new wall socket and the flow of electricity to the rest of the lights was restored. A quick fix after all, but it took an expert to know that!
