Terrible service I called up, and the lady that answers the phone cannot help me, doesn’t know anything if she has LED lights, it’s sad that I can’t support small businesses that don’t know what’s going on
My husband went in this morning he was trying to exchange an item he bought not even a week ago. The lady refused to help him and acted like she couldn’t hear him when he was talking. What a disgrace to treat paying customers like that. That will be the last time we come to this store for anything.
