I have used American Electrical for the past four years and have had outstanding service every single time. Extremely competent and professional. Always arrived when promised and always clean up when finished working.
We called them in the AM as our business freezer went out. When I first call which was around 10am or so they said they couldn't have anyone out until around lunch time. That wasn't quick enough for us so I said I would have to call around but if I didn't find anyone I would contact them back. I called around to a few other places and they couldn't come out until next day which wasn't going to help me as I had a freezer full of food. I had American Electrical Contracting come out the other day because my wife and I were getting shocked by merely touching the sink in the garage as well as any other metal surfaces outside. They sent two professionals who actually arrived a few minutes before our scheduled time. They worked very diligently and were able to identify and rectify the problem in a short amount of time. Hired AEC to do update the lighting in my current home. The electrician was extremely fast and the work was excellent. Sometime you pay by the hour and contractors take there time but this couldn't have been any further from the situation. Will happily use them again.
I was not pleased with the end result. I was charged $183 for 1 hour of work and I supplied all the electrical items. ****, my tech, broke a light bulb and left it and all the glass on the floor. He replaced a ceiling fan and left all the extra parts also on the floor, along with the old fan. He also said he re-wired a ceiling fan for me, but now that I'm trying to install it, it shoots sparks. I spoke with the owner, he said he would help me out. But he has yet to return my phone call.
