We found ourselves in an electrical emergency when we shorted a part changing the element / thermostat in our hot water heater. It was almost 9PM and David Haupt answered our call. He did his best to troubleshoot our issue by phone, but didn't hesitate to make the drive to Beaverton from Newberg to help us get power back to the entire house.
