This company is completely incompetent. If there was a different option I would use it. Power outages ALL THE TIME, like they use tape to repair lines or something. Then it takes over 4 hours to get power back on. Over 4 HOURS!!! It's alright though cause they will credit everyone's account! WRONG!!! To money hungry to do something like that! Can we make it 8 hours?! I truly feel bad for the folks with little kids who have no heat atm.
Very lazy. Been 6 hours without power. Switched times multiple times, drive past people standing around not doing anything. Can not wait to be out of this area. Would not recommend to anyone.
Our power was lost to half of the house. We called and they sent someone out ASAP. We were blessed with Perry the technician to come out and help out with everything! He was very personable, knowledgeable and efficient! What a great experience! Wouldn’t ask for a better guy to come out and take care of our home!
