Servicio malísimo…. Como pueden esperar tantos días para ir a poner un medidor? Estamos sin luz. Desde el 21 de abril se puso la orden, ya es 2 de mayo y nada que vienen. Y no hay a donde quejarte. A los de AEP no les importa que la gente esté sin luz.

Ridiculous operation procedures. Dealing with a scheduled shutdown with both AEP and the city of Laredo, for a simple downsizing of a main breaker. Takes me LITERALLY 90 seconds to complete. Lineman takes the meter, awaits a city inspection to re-energize. Well the city took three hours to get here for inspection, and AEP is going on nine hours to get back here. Meanwhile, this customer and her baby have been sitting in the dark all day! EVERY OTHER CITY/UTILITY would have had the power back on in under an hour! Ludicrous an... read more
AEP has power outages with light rain weather and takes days to get back power to homes. If you call AEP, they won't update your status and customer service don't care. AEP does not check or maintain its infrastructure and their power lines are barely working. Texas should kick them out of its state.
