If I could give 0 I would. Our power goes out 1-2 times a month. They keep increasing costs but they don't upgrade any infrastructure. Useless company. Supervisors are rude and incompetent, especially April.
This companies has no way to keep themselves in check and from wreaking havoc on the general public. I responded to a homeowner who was tagged for a meter that was overheating. Extremely upset, I have months in Zanesville no electric problems, but the man I was with had my box removed after having someone else try to be me, called my electric company after box was removed fraudulently so i couldn't live in my own home.
