This companies has no way to keep themselves in check and from wreaking havoc on the general public. I responded to a homeowner who was tagged for a meter that was overheating. Extremely upset, I have months in Zanesville no electric problems, but the man I was with had my box removed after having someone else try to be me, called my electric company after box was removed fraudulently so i couldn't live in my own home.
If I could give 0 I would. Our power goes out 1-2 times a month. They keep increasing costs but they don't upgrade any infrastructure. Useless company.
They don't inform you but increase the rates. All you have surprise of $150 more now. Felt like got scammed.
