Contradicting management. Micro-mangement is pretty damn horrible. 1st shift workers love to egg you on whenever they come into the shift. They praise the lazy and punish the hardworking. The micro-management got so bad I just walked out and quit one night, they cant just let you do your job, they like to decide your every move and even get you to work higher paying positions without ever compensating you. I wouldnt work here, its a good temp job, but definately not something that you'd want to do long term.
