Gave a reason of not getting $100 deposit back for not telling them I was checking out. It's a hotel it should be assumed that if you have not paid for more time you will be checking out. Duh
Allison and Gricelda were very welcoming and helpful. Whenever I needed help with something Allison was prompt in resolving the issue, and Gricelda took so much stress off of me from how well she took care of me and cleaned my room weekly! Very friendly! The location is also very close to all the food places, grocery stores, and gas stations you could need, as well as close to the clinics and hospitals if you're travel nursing. Loved my stay during my nursing contract. Allison and Gricelda were professional, responsive, and kind. I highly recommend to anyone staying in or near vinton.
