This company does the bare minimum to help their renters. You call them because you have a problem, oh, you have to come in an fill out a request form. We spent over 24 hours without power in a section of our apartment and it just happened that those outlets were the ones our fridge was plugged into. We have no water, “your pipes are probably frozen. Open your cupboards and put a fan on it.” That’s probably not gunna help. They started off with a wonderful property and I wanted it like crazy. So I started asking questions about the place/company. The sales rep couldn't answer a single one so I went on my way and scheduled an appointment on Wednesday to go back and planned on signing that day. They then called me twice asking how I liked the apartment and ended the conversation with "The lease is being signed tonight and you can't get the apartment because you can't get here in time." What an awful almost two months. Staff doesn't know any information no one will help assist when one staff member is busy. Very rude as well! That good review must have been done by one of there own because that is a joke. The contract was filled with so much horse shit. They can take your stuff if you don't make rent on time! Love the staff! Everyone is so helpful and very friendly!
They run a scam; their houses are horrid,when it comes to repair they do it as cheap and fast as possible. I highly encourage renting through another landlord. Negative star if possible.
