Mary jo assisted my husband and I with our home purchase in 2019 and we contacted her once again to assist us in the sale of our family member's condo in 2024. Mary Jo is extremely diligent and knowledgeable. She made us aware of the specific rules and laws of condo sales in NH that we were unaware of.
