Jon was fantastic. He explained what he was seeing just like a good diagnostician and what needed to be done to make the fix. Very efficient. Extremely calm demeanor which goes a long way when these disasters are wrecking our homes and creating chaos. Jon is honest and reliable, everything you want in a plumber. We just purchased our first home and were in immediate need of a new water heater. He also provided great pricing options for a water softener and laundry room connections. We’ve started with replacing our water heater and he did a great job getting the 12 year old water heater out. We look forward to working with Jon as we’ve found our new family plumber.
Had an awesome experience with American Eagle Plumbing today! The plumbing for my kitchen sink was not up to code. Jon arrived on time and quickly assessed what needed to be done. He was able to show me what was needed and explained everything to me so clearly. My disposal was also on its last leg. He was able to replace it, bring everything up to code, and left the area cleaner than it was before he started. Great communication and excellent service. Jon come out and fix our issue quickly.
Jon responded immediately to an emergency leak in the ceiling and came out within an hour. He is the most courteous, respectful, and professional plumber I have ever used. A rare combination. I would give him 10 stars if I could. I will never use any other plumber again.
