This review is primary for their marketing methods. Their D2D salespeople came to my house, saw the huge "Go Away, Not Interested, Don't Want Any" sign I have posted next to my door, laughed at it, and proceeded to ring my doorbell and leave their collateral. If they aren't interested in respecting simple boundaries like this, I'm not interested in their business.
My husband and I really enjoyed touring their model home in The Cliffs. We had our three year old with us and he was excited to see all of the home including opening every door he found. The sales team were kind and welcoming to his excitement. They also had a lot of valuable information to share with us about their large selection of floor plans, how we could customize them, as well as their building process. We walked away feeling like this is a company that values families and really appreciates building homes for them.
Simpsonville location - Minimal effort showing examples of homes and touring houses. In fact, the agent sent us to one of the houses on site (knowing it was locked) and told us we could walk through if it wasn't locked. She also sent us to the other builder on site. The only thing she was really interested in was getting our information for marketing purposes. We did tour the model, and there were some nice features.
