Great team to buy a home from. We are enjoying the second year in our new home and we love it. Richard worked with us when we moved from Lexington, KY to Lebanon and we were looking at homes from early morning to late in the evening. Anytime we needed anything, Richard took the time to assist. Great service and highly recommend.
Bad experience!!! Worked with Richard Cassetty and only able to view 2 homes during our 5 month period working with him. We were provided with a once in a lifetime offer outside of Richard and took it. Richard was informed we did not need his service any longer by email and he called me. My wife called back, thanked him and proceeded to tell her how much money he had spent on us.....? And ended the call with a profanity I wouldn't dare repeat before hanging up on her. I strongly recommend using another company.
