I WAS one of their owners. Their communication sucked!! You email them and rarely do they respond back. Payments come late, you can never plan on a date. Edit "I still haven't got paid, they say IRS took all their money. STILL don't know when I should expect payment." They make promises / commitments and they rarely meet expectations. They are always full of excuses.
We looked at several motor homes. The person was very friendly and knowledgeable. This is a rental place.
I wish I could give ZERO STAR. American Dream Vacations ruined our vacation. They couldn't provide the RV that we ordered and paid online. This company degrade what we ordered with the same price. We didn't accept it they just said a sorry to you. Their customer service is beyond terrible!
Prices are good, but every time we've picked up it's taken over an hour. Be ready to wait for a while!
