customer service sucks! – I have brought a couple of vehicles to them and they did ok work.When we discovered a part left off of both vehicles,they swore it was our fault and It couldnt have been their fault.Scott has a major attitude and so does Laura,the b***h who works in the office.I will never bring another vehicle to them and will recommend to my friends and family to stay clear of american dream rv.
Poor customer service and additioal charger. Wish I would have researched these people. – Wished I had check with the b b b before working with them. Asked them to look at front driver side jack, shower that leaks and broken window. When dropping off rv, our tailgate was damaged while they/employees instructed my husband to move/drive. Should have known then, asked them to call and inform us of problem and estimate of cost. No Call until they said it was done.
