The moment I called this company for an estimate, I knew I was in good hands. The person who answered was friendly and knowledgeable, scheduling my appointment right away. We had three companies come out to quote our full roof replacement, and the vibe from this team was just different. The guy who came out actually climbed up and spent 45 minutes up there, came down with photos and explained exactly why certain areas needed attention. The install crew showed up at 7 AM sharp during a break in the rainy weather and absolutely crushed it. They protected all my shrubs, cleaned up every single nail with a magnet, and the roof looks incredible. If you're on the fence, just call them.
I was so nervous about someone trampling all over my flower beds that I just put in, but the crew was so careful and respectful of the property. They even laid down plywood sheets to protect the lawn from the heavy equipment. We had that scorching heatwave last week and they still pushed through to get us dried in. Good job and great communication from the project manager, he kept us posted the whole time.
Our neighborhood is pretty quiet so I was worried about construction noise but these guys were super considerate. They started at a reasonable hour and cleaned up everything at the end of each day. The roof itself is gorgeous and we've already gotten compliments from the neighbors. Would definitely use them again.
My electric bill has been out of control this summer and I couldn't figure out why. Had someone come check the attic and turns out I had zero ventilation up there. Just hot air trapped. They installed some soffit vents and a ridge vent and now the upstairs actually feels livable. AC doesn't run constantly anymore. Shoulda done this years ago honestly.
