It was easy to track the project using their online portal. Also, if I needed to communicate with them during the project there was always a way to get in touch with the right person in a timely fashion. Everything was done to my satisfaction at each step (I installed a roof, windows, doors, gutters and attic insulation) and the install was completed within the quoted timeframe (less than two weeks total).
The sales and estimating team from American Dream Roofs were very thorough when reviewing the project with us. Their diligence in assessing our roofing needs paid off as there were no add-ons needed at the end of the job. We are very pleased with the quality of the work done and it came in right on budget. For one there is no pressure to buy, and the installation is quick, yet the finished work is beautiful. They cleaned up as they went along so no clutter.
This roofing company did a superior job installing my new roof. They walked me through the process before starting and stayed in touch with me the whole way through.
