I’ve been a customer of ADR for several years. They have done quite a few projects for us, both large and small, on our house in Front Royal, Virginia. Most recently they have replaced the roof, siding, as well as some windows and doors. For the value and trust one must put into contractors, you would be hard pressed to hire a better company. This review is long overdue! Hiring ADR for my siding, complete window and gutter replacement was one of the best decisions I've made as a homeowner. Their estimate was the lowest I received, but I promise the customer care and installation were top notch. For my project, we were dealing with premium color choices, custom window sizes, and worst of all supply chain issues and delays, but the communication from Kevin and his team was superb and I thank them for all the extra work they had to do to get everything done. Working with Kevin from American Dream Restoration has been amazing. The workers first put on a new roof. The workers were very professional and cleaned everything up before leaving. Most recently we had new gutters, rotted wood replaced and fascia put up, and the ends of the house painted near the roof, also done very quickly and professional. Very reasonable and highly recommended. Will definitely contact again if needed for any future repairs.
The ADR team is amazing! Kevin (the owner) came himself to give me an honest and reasonable estimate to replace my gutters and trim and the job was done quickly and professionally. I highly recommend!
