Me and my family rented a house for 3 years through Bob Gougie. He was great! Any repair requests were dealt with in a timely fashion, and the communication was great! My husband was hospitalized, and off work for a bit, and Bob even helped us out. The only reason we moved after 3 years, is because we purchased a home of our own. I rented a house for 14 months. It was an old house and I was desperate to find something quick since I moved there for work. Carpet stained from previous tenants. Blinds old and bent none of this concerned me. What concerned me was when I moved out he took the majority of my deposit. The itemized list he sent me was completely bogus!
