Jesse Gathright with American Dream of Northeast Florida is the most condescending and unprofessional realtor I have ever worked with. Among other things, he called out offer “garbage” when we met the sellers counter offer with a contingency upon appraisal. Why would he be so worried about the appraisal if the listing price was fair? Makes you wonder…..
