The worst HOA Management company ever! This guy sends me letters about my garbage receptacle being outside the day before garbage pickup, constantly harassing my house and is clueless about managing a community.

When I bought my house, I didn't know nor cared about HOA's. Five years later... these people are the worst. They have done nothing for the community. I always pay my bill every year and wonder what is all the money for? Never see any changes, pool still closed, people's houses look abandoned, cars parked on the streets almost blocking it, trash on streets, ect. We lived in the same subdivision for over 22 years, and American Dream Keepers was our HOA management company for the entire time. They went from okay, to bad, to practically unbearable. Every year we paid our annual dues on time, without fail. Whenever anything in the neighborhood needed Ken's attention , I had to call and email multiple times. I have called twice and nothing have changed,cars parked on the side of the street for months with no tires, driveway looks like a junkyard,these people have place a basketball goal at the street curb where they play in the street.Cars parked for months that aren't operating because of repair issues. Trash in backyard and driveway,loud music.Multiple occupancy with several kids and loud talking and music.Police have been called out a few times.Lake Forest
