The community I live in is nice and quiet. Everyone mind their business and are cordial to one another, the problem is not the residents, it’s the property manager that manages our property through American Dream Keepers, who is also the owner (Kenneth Gilkes). I bought my house in 2018 and before I could officially move in I received a violation for my grass, not a welcome letter to the community, but a violation giving me 10 days to correct the violation. Ken Gilkes and his assistant Gail Herrin are non-responsive to any requests and/or approvals mandated by the bylaws of the HOAs. Every time you call because you haven’t received a response to your emails and/or voice messages no matter what time it is Gail will tell you that “Ken just left.”
Don’t move in if American Dreamkeepers is the HOA. They have no board members, no meetings. The pool has been unusable in several years. The tennis courts needed to be resurfaced 17 years ago when my daughter moved in. The neighborhood has not been kept up. Ken Gilkes and his administrative assistant Gail Herrin will never get back to you if you have a problem or question. Find another neighborhood that has nothing to do with American Dreamkeepers!!!
Terrible company with absolutely zero integrity. They manage HOA’s while holding no meetings or allowing the members to vote for board of director vacancies. Ken Gilkes and his assistant Gail Herrin are running a scam wherein she never allows you to contact him while she feigns ignorance over the entire situation no matter how many times she is made aware of the problems. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I found a new appreciation for them after seeing how much work they have to do.
