Don’t move in if American Dreamkeepers is the HOA. They have no board members, no meetings. The pool has been unusable in several years. The tennis courts needed to be resurfaced 17 years ago when my daughter moved in. The neighborhood has not been kept up. Ken Gilkes and his administrative assistant Gail Herrin will never get back to you if you have a problem or question. Find another neighborhood that has nothing to do with American Dreamkeepers!!!
Terrible company with absolutely zero integrity. They manage HOA’s while holding no meetings or allowing the members to vote for board of director vacancies. Ken Gilkes and his assistant Gail Herrin are running a scam wherein she never allows you to contact him while she feigns ignorance over the entire situation no matter how many times she is made aware of the problems. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I found a new appreciation for them after seeing how much work they have to do.
The worst HOA Management company ever! This guy sends me letters about my garbage receptacle being outside the day before garbage pickup, constantly harassing my house and is clueless about managing a community.
When I bought my house, I didn't know nor cared about HOA's. Five years later... these people are the worst. They have done nothing for the community. I always pay my bill every year and wonder what is all the money for? Never see any changes, pool still closed, people's houses look abandoned, cars parked on the streets almost blocking it, trash on streets, ect.
