Excellent communication, great attention to detail, and they don't cut corners. A quality builder that you can trust! American Dream Homes were great to work with throughout the entire process of building our new home. They were on time, within the budget, and listened to our needs.

Worst builder I have ever used. Ryan Homes, I thought, was not good until I used this company. Many things needing fixed within a year and several other things needing fixed thereafter. framing shifting 2" on the garage door alone, bedroom door won't stay shut because the door latch is 1/2" low (seriously amateur work), and the flooring is bowing from bad measuring. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

We were terribly disappointed and dismayed,at the total lack of communication, coordinating and management on-site, of our recent new home...please note,(not Covid related complaints whatsoever),instead strictly mismanagement,carelessness,and total disrespect from builder,among many other unfair issues!ALL on-site contractors were at all times,in total understanding/agreement of our concerns/dismay with this process, every step of the way!
