We hired American Dream Home to replace the siding on our house and to install all new windows. The project did come with several delays and a few issues along the way. However, their communication was generally strong, and we appreciated being kept in the loop throughout the process. The new windows turned out great — we’re really happy with how they look and function. Unfortunately, we're less satisfied with the siding. Outstanding work by both installers, hardwood flooring and tiler. Mia and Rex, project and services managers kept great communications on the schedule and what work was being completed each.
Horrible Service. My husband requested service for a new deck on May 15.The Work was never Started and it is Now October Owner is Refusing to Refund 100% of Our Money. Now we have to get a Lawyer. This beyond Crazy we have been Beyond patient. Update: We are now in March 2025 Owner Ben is still Refusing to Return Our Money. He continues to try and force us to try and sign a NDA regarding our experience. Update june 2025: The owner is still refusing to refund our money. At this point, I need to contact the news! A Scam !
My sale person Tristen was absolutely great and present doing the process. Rebecca, Ronnie and Rex project managers worked diligently with me to make sure all my needs were met. I am completely satisfied and my home looks great. If you looking for a company that treats you like family, I would recommend them to you.
