American Dream Home Remodeling has had my $28,333 deposit for over seven weeks and has delivered no completed engineering documents, permit-ready plans, permits, construction schedule, or meaningful progress. Communication has been extremely poor, and I have repeatedly had to chase them for basic updates and answers. Their lack of responsiveness, accountability, and transparency has been completely unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company
Don't waste you time with this company and home owners beware. We signed a contract to resurface my deck and I put a $4k deposit with them. They have since ghosted me and I'm in the process of disputing the charge with my CC company. If this is a valid business this is a joke, if not these people are scammers.
