American Dream made the entire process as seamless as possible. Dominic was very professional and was a big help during the claim submitting process. Julie (Account Manager) contacted me and introduced herself and assured me she could be reached for any questions or issues. The job started a day prior to the promised date. I love my roof and was very impressed with the entire process from beginning to end. I highly recommend this company.

The salesman, Mr. Terrell B. explained that the contract was unimportant (my mistake, I knew better), because the company would do the work for whatever my insurance company would pay. But, (there is always a but and we know what comes after the butt...lol -- to keep from crying) as he checked the box with the extra stuff the city code requires and my insurance doesn't cover, said nothing. Came to our house inspect for hail damage. The salesman who did the initial inspection said he found damage and started a claim with our insurance. He was adamant that he be there when the insurance adjustors came. After rescheduling twice he never showed up on the day agreed upon. We received a call a few days later from a different salesman who said he just assumed the adjustors canceled and wanted to know when the new inspection was. These guys are terrible. Alicia Skaggs was fantastic. She took care of our concerns and worked with our Insurance adjuster to get the most for our damaged roof. I gave 5 stars because Alicia was amazing! Definitely recommend Adhi to anyone needing a new roof!
