I had a 5 Star experience with American Dream Home Improvement. Before the inspector from American Dream Home Improvement knocked on my door, I had already gone through the entire insurance claims process with inspectors from 2 other companies and was left with 2 claims under my belt and less than 1/2 of my siding paid for, and both of them tried to get me to pay for the work out of pocket. It’s difficult when your home sustains damage. It’s even more difficult when there are different steps that must be taken to navigate the obstacles to get your property repaired. I don't want to start negative this is a business they get payed by telling you your insurance will cover everything. Gutters your roof and window wraps. Then they tear off your roof and call and tell you all your wood is rotted not one piece can be saved. So then proceed to tell you that due to your policy your insurance doesn't cover rotted wood. Something you think they would have checked before starting a job. But it is your responsibility to know what your policy covers. So now we don't get gutters or window wraps. They... read more

Stay away from this company or ask first about contract with pricing estimate when salesman will show up they are trying to do everything paperless without any numbers also promise best service and price after they finish the job they ask for money twice more than you've been promise
