A sales rep dropped a brochure. Later he returned and said he could get us a new roof, with our only outlay being our insurance deductible. I was extremely skeptical. Yet, that is essentially that is what happened, with minor fine points. (Wood versus composition, other tedious details.) I am extremely pleased with American Dream Home Improvement. Shady company. EDIT: for the record I did not deal with them for myself, but for a friend
Terrible service and continual lies. You can see the manager of American Dream Home Improvement wrote his own review, pretending to be a customer. I would look into this company before signing anything. Google search American Dream Home Improvement in Illinois. They were sued by the Secretary of The State of Illinois.
Working with American Dream Home Improvement Company was a very pleasant experience. Nick was very communicative with every step of the process. He worked with our insurance person and in the end we were very pleased with the deal. The roof looks great and the cleanup job was awesome. It took a day and a half total to complete and our home looks beautiful. I would recommend American Dream Home Improvement to anyone.
