This place is AMAZING however it is unorganized, under staffed, and poorly managed with little to no accommodations for special needs. After spending over $700 for admission and a skybox (2 adults and a 10yr old) we spent more time trying to get assistance than enjoyment. The staff we encountered were rude and very inattentive! I asked for a manager several times and no one ever showed up! I reached out by phone and email and finally Frank offered to provide comp tickets for next visit but refused to provide any compensation... read more
