I have been trying to contact them via email for over a year in regards to tickets that were purchased before Covid. No response. Horrible customer service and money wasted.
RecommendedThe kids had a great time . I think the prices at the water park where way to much especially for us not getting in the water, no place to sit either it was just to crowded. they really had a great time at Nickelodeon it's small but wasn't crowded the prices were much better so would definitely visit just that part again. The mall was still being completed but they have a lot of stores to visit
My kids had a ball. No lines in the water park and was not crowded. Got there by 11:30 our time was 12:00. They let us go in early. Food was not great needs more selections.

It’s a waste of money my child was only able to ride 2 rides and the pizza is not cooked fully the worst experience ever
