Rich very professional did great work will recommend his services to other people who need his expertise
So I never met Rich but Rich was the tech for our property. He is by far the laziest garage door tech we have every used. His job was to find out why the garage door kept bouncing up when we kept closing it... He stated that the tracks were to tight so he adjusted that and I asked that he install the bottom rubber seal because there was gaps at the bottom when the door closed (closed manually) and to install exterior door seal.
