Customer Service - 💩 Communication - Non-existent Accountability - None If you're looking to chase a project for 3+ months in circles with nothing but excuses and runaround, this is your place!
Please avoid getting anything installed from American doors. I got a door installed back in 2022 and I have had nothing but problems, starting off with the wrong windows, the paint chipping now foundation coming about. It’s horrible!!! I call and send them emails they ignore the messages or say we will get to it. please stay away from this place
Prompt, communicative, and reasonable pricing. Highly recommend.
The entire installation process was done very professionally. Tony and Chris were on time, polite and communicated very effectively. I’m very happy with their work.
