I used this company years ago and they were great. I needed work on my door and I called recently and left 4 separate messages without a call back. I went online to their web sight and wrote 3 emails without the curtesy of any response. I'm not sure if they are in business. Very rude.

American Door is top notch they can do what others only wish they could do
Dangerous. Incompetent. Does not stand behind work. Backstory / Does Not Stand Behind Work: They replaced a garage door opener for my mother-in-law. Within 2 weeks it failed. She called them repeatedly and they never called back. I went to her place today to diagnose. Incompetent: The bolt and nuts that held the door to the opener had fallen out. First off I ordered two garage doors during the Covid 19 pandemic. They were back ordered due to the factory being closed but Leo the owner always kept me informed while I was waiting. Leo and his assistant Marco had a great attention to detail when installing. Their workmanship was A+. They swept my garage at the end of the job and used a blower in my driveway for removing dust after cutting the door moldings. I highly recommend them and just love my new doors.
