If I could give zero stars, I would. This company was a complete no-show. We scheduled an appointment, rearranged our day, and waited around—nothing. No call, no message, no apology. Just radio silence. If this is how they handle appointments, I can only imagine how they handle actual work. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful of people’s time. Don’t waste yours.

Buyer beware!!!!!!!! American door is the most unprofessional buisness I have delt with. I am the Director of Facilities for a national brand. We needed new pivot hinges for our side patio door. I reached out to American door for help. At first they were extremely helpful. They came out and quoted the job and ordered parts. For two months I was told that parts were in last week Thursday and we will be out to install. On two occasions they even said this is uneceptable we apologize I will be out myself today. I use this company for a few retail locations across the Pinellas area & they are always responsive & competitively priced. I recommend them for any business related needs & I will surely call them for residential requests if the event presents itself.

Don't hold your breath waiting for him to show up or even call you back. He's got an infinite amount of excuses too.
