I want to take a moment and say how wonderful Ron was today, called me back, despite me not leaving a voicemail(I had a customer come in as I was about to), not once, but twice!! Luckily I saw the voicemail he left me and recognized it was the same number calling back a second time and I had just finished with the customer I had. ordered residential door bell, worked 1 day then no chime , light comes on transmitter but no chime. sent email but no response from company. cheap china product!
