American door did a dock lift job with the company I work for and were very communicative and efficient. They did such a good job the store complimented their work and their friendliness. Strongly recommend this company!!
Had a great experience, my rolling door was stuck not functioning. American Door was at my business hour after I called, Closed my door and returned next day with replacement parts they made. Extremely thankful and will recommend American Door to alI.
Very unresponsive company, they take down all your information and never return your calls. I contacted American Door for a quote to repair our loading dock levelers 3 times and were promised someone would call me back. Yesterday I spoke with someone and they promised a technician would come out today. No show! Very unreliable company.
They should change there name to the New York door. Because they will not ship their products out of New York state. They said the reasoning was shipping is too high. So dumb they dont realize that the customer pays shipping. They just lost a national account with Fedex.
