Their people broke our trash can and the company expected us to pay $75 for a replacement because our HOA doesn't have replacement costs in the contract. They broke it! Why should we have to pay $75 to replace something that they broke? That's ridiculous!
Have had 4 missed recycling pickups and they never so much as apologized. Said they would reschedule for pickup ASAP, never did. Missed the entire trash pickup last week (including lawn bags) when they picked up this week they dumped out some of the lawn clippings. Cancelled their service but they can’t be bothered to pick up the bins for another 2 weeks. Extremely poor service, no credit applied for missed pickups despite paying extra for the service. Avoid at all costs!
I was very pleased with the rep Amy who was concerned, friendly and knowledgeable when I explained my needs. She made me feel like a valued customer. I look forward to doing business with this company.
The most horrible trash experience I've had, and I've been with some really crappy companies in the past (garbage man after they were bought out by a crook). Only one trash can emptied for 3 weeks in a row. Recycle is every other week. Actual trash wasn't taken any of those weeks. Then two weeks with no pickup at all. Several emails to support, no answer. Called them but closed. They asked me to leave a voicemail, then the system hung up on me without the option to do so. Worst company ever.
