Today my husband and I stop in the American Diamond Exchange to have his wedding band resized. Keep in mind I purchased the $6,000.00 wedding band from here for my husband. (And Have spent over $10,000 over the year at this store).There was a women who walked into the store with us and began to help us. American Diamond Exchange American Diamond Exchange remade my ring for me and it is gorgeous! My husband took my engagement ring out from under my nose and had it reset with two diamond begets on either side. I was so surprised. I t came back to me so gorgeous, and my husband was treated so well. This will be our diamond store for life!

After being a loyal customer of jewelry repair for 10 years, I can say I will never return. In the past, I exclusively worked with Lee with no issues whatsoever, he recently retired. My most recent visit I had to work with Alli on a resizing of a silver ring. She said she would solder "bumps" to the inside of the ring, but the oxidation would come off. It has been 14 years since my experience but I am still so livid with this establishment that others need to be forewarned. My fiance and I went to ADE to purchase our wedding rings and upon visiting the store bought a ring for me, and were talked into a custom designed ring by one of their designers.
