American Diamond Exchange American Diamond Exchange remade my ring for me and it is gorgeous! My husband took my engagement ring out from under my nose and had it reset with two diamond begets on either side. I was so surprised. I t came back to me so gorgeous, and my husband was treated so well. This will be our diamond store for life!

Stopped in today for the first time in years. Great people, have always been nice to work with. Today I just had a few question on an antique opal /diamond ring and was given a bit of help and wanted to thank to the people there for taking a minute to give their advice. Always a great place to buy fine jewelry.

After being a loyal customer of jewelry repair for 10 years, I can say I will never return. In the past, I exclusively worked with Lee with no issues whatsoever, he recently retired. My most recent visit I had to work with Alli on a resizing of a silver ring. She said she would solder "bumps" to the inside of the ring, but the oxidation would come off. Buyer Beware, I had a similar experience at ADEX. Was talk into a custom design gave a very large deposit immediately had buyers remorse. The store had done nothing except I spent time with the goldsmith. I went back couldn't find anything I liked, asked for my deposit back, offered to pay for the goldsmith's time was yelled at by the owner and was only give a store credit. STAY AWAY, over priced, and very rude.

It has been 14 years since my experience but I am still so livid with this establishment that others need to be forewarned. My fiance and I went to ADE to purchase our wedding rings and upon visiting the store bought a ring for me, and were talked into a custom designed ring by one of their designers. They showed us a lot of nice rings in their case and convinced us custom was the way to go. So we agreed and put down a deposit for the custom ring. To the user that gave the 1 star review. Maybe it was the person you dealt with. I brought my now fiancee to ADE and Kathleen was so incredibly helpful and never lost patience and explained everything and we there at least an hour looking all combos of stones and settings! I recently recieved a diamond birthstone as a gift from a friend that was purchased here. Service was very helpful and explained everything until the perfect ring was customized. Everyone was patient until we were satisfied. Getting the ring sized was very professionally done. I am pleased and would go back to them again.
