Tom is excellent! My now-fiancée and I purchased a custom engagement ring from Washington Diamond and had a great experience. Tom listened to what we both wanted, and we’re very happy with the result. It took a little longer than we expected, but the wait was worth it. We’ll be using Washington Diamond for the wedding bands. Easily recommend!

Before our engagement, I went to Washington Diamond to try rings on and see what I liked. There were a lot of different options and I was able to take aspects from a few different rings to create a truly custom ring. My then boyfriend, went to meet with them after I had given all the details I liked in the rings and he worked with them to pick out the diamond and the final touches. The ring came out amazing! My 35 year old engagement ring needed repair and I’m so glad we found Tom at Washington Diamond. He listened very carefully to what I wanted but did not pressure me. After considering rebuilding I decided to replace the setting and Tom helped me find a beautiful one which matched my wedding and anniversary band. We watched as he carefully removed my diamond showing us exactly how it was measured and catalogued. My diamond in its new setting is gorgeous!
