My first visit today was exceptional. Dr was very thorough and knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions no mater how stupid some of them were. Best experience at a dentist office I’ve ever had. Staff was helpful and friendly and knowledgeable as well. FOLLOW-UP REVIEW: I had a great experience with the dentist side of this practice, but the Oral Surgeon side was a whole different experience. The Dr was cold and had zero "bedside manners". I would strongly not recommend this dental office. I was given a treatment plan that included work that was ultimately determined to be unnecessary after getting a second opinion from another local dentist. I was also told that procedures such as root canals, extractions, etc. required separate out-of-pocket consultation fees before treatment could begin. The most frustrating experience, however, was with my son. He was in excruciating pain, and his early-morning appointment was cancelled just 30 minutes before the scheduled... read more

I got my wisdom teeth extracted last November on Black Friday. I paid over $1,000 up front (In cash bills, mind you). I still have no word on when I will get reimbursed for the matter. I had them submit an insurance claim just to find out that they didn't submit all the proper information to my insurance and the claim was denied.
