The receptionist were very friendly. The hygienist was through but seemed to be interested in adding billable services. Not sure if the upsell was intentional. The dentist was not friendly and appeared uninterested in my dental care. I will not be returning for follow up care.
I wish I could give a negative star. No one ever returns phone calls. I was charged 2 months ago over $1100.00 but have not received any service. I have called at least 6 times and no one has returned my calls. They since have sent me a bill for another $100.00. If I do not get my money refunded I will be reporting to the PA Attorney General. I would not suggest this place to my worst enemy!
Dr Silver and his team are awesome! Dr. Silver's attention to detail is so important in orthodontic management and treatment. He gave me a smile that I can show with confidence. I had major dental surgery here 2 and 1/2 years ago. I will now live with constant excruciating pain for the rest of my life because of the malpractice committed by this practice. When I asked for a refund they threatened me. They made no attempt whatsoever to put anything right other than to get aggressive with me and not except for responsibility for the back that their surgeon damaged the inside of my mouth.
