All the staff do a great job and are able to explain things in an understandable way. Every appointment I've had has been a positive experience.
I left extremely disappointed after my scheduled gum surgery could not be performed because the retainer prepared for me did not fit properly and the original impression appeared damaged. While I appreciate that the doctor ultimately chose not to proceed without the proper appliance, this should have been identified and addressed before my surgery date, especially after I had taken time off work and made arrangements for the procedure. Went for cleaning and was told I need 2 fillings. Was told receptionist would run my insurance as to cost. Was told it would be fully covered. Scheduled appointment- saw a different dentist who said I needed a filling and a crown. I asked why the first dentist said 2 fillings and he said he couldn't tell me why. Told me the receptionist could check my insurance as to the cost of the crown. I asked if he could just do the filling since I was there already and he said he refused to go in my mouth twice.
