Really like the dentist and hygienist here. *update** I really like the dentist, which is what makes this experience especially disappointing. Unfortunately, the communication with the office staff has been extremely frustrating. It is very difficult to actually speak with someone at this office. I visited this office for the first time today with my daughter (20yrs old) who has high dental anxiety. I was greeted courteously by Kara at the front desk who took our name and checked us in. We only waited about 5 minutes before it was her turn to go back, when she got in the chair, she was all nerves. That's when Dr. Mariani came in and within a few short minutes of meeting him and talking with him, my daughter was LAUGHING at his jokes and telling stories with him like they were old pals. Always have a good experience at this location of American Dental Solutions. Take good care of their patients and are always thorough in their explanation of their processes that they're doing during cleanings x-rays or even needing cavities filled. I highly recommend this location.
