I had a great experience at American Dental Solutions! The service was fast, everyone was kind, and my cleaning was excellent. I also appreciated the helpful feedback I received. Overall, a 10/10 experience!
I really didn't want to write this review. I contacted management directly because I wanted to give them the opportunity to address this privately. I was told more than three weeks ago that a manager would contact me. I've heard nothing. My issue is with American Dental's automated systems and the completely unnecessary tech-based roadblocks they've placed between patients and their dental care.
