I have been attempting to have a root canal completed since October. I have been rescheduled multiple times, ended up with an infection. On 2 antibiotics. I have lost over 20 lbs since October because of difficulty eating and this office reschedules me for days later even though I have had significant problems. Had my consultation today and really enjoyed the quality service that I got. Can’t wait to see what the future holds.
Twice now my time has been changed for my daughters 6mth cleaning appointment without my consent to an earlier time!! My appt card clearly states 6pm because of the way I work and tonight we walked in to hear them say it was 5:45! Really??!! Frustrated!! Why make an appointment at all?!
I have been waiting 4 months for dentures. Paid for in advance, My copay and the amount collected from my insurance is $240.00 more than the invoice I have received.
Came in for a free consultation because my retainer didn't fit right. The orthodontist was able to adjust it and didn't charge me at all for it. Super friendly and nice! I recommend them for sure
